「Handstand」

１月２７日　逆立ちだぞ

 

↑We are practicing a handstand because we are supposed to do coordinated group gymnastics next school year.

  来年度、組体操をすることになっているので、逆立ちの練習をしています。

 

 ↑We should do the practice ,in the picture, before handstand. We need to support ourselves with arms.
　逆立ちの前に写真の練習をするべきです。腕で体を支えなければならないからです。
