１０月２日　稲刈りだぞ

 

↑We did rice reaping today.

  稲刈りをしました。

 

↑First we cut it by hand and

  初め手で刈りました。

↑a combine harvester continued our work. It was very fast.

  コンバインで続けました。速いです。

 

↑After that we picked fallen ears up.

  そして落ち穂拾いをしました。

 

↑We got a lot of rice.

  たくさん米が獲れました。

 

↑We use these straw to make shimenawa”hang a decoration of sacred straw rope across the gate posts at New Year’s in Japan”

  残った藁はしめ縄作りに使います。

 

↑We practiced our traditional play.

  伝統的な劇の練習をしました。
