８月１０日　リノ観光だぞ

↑I checked out at 11. It was a very good hotel.

　１１時にチェックアウトしました。良い宿でした。

 

↑On the way to the Amtrak company, I left camera on the company’s bus, I saw a strange clouds. Finally, they found my camera and they are supposed to send it from San Francisco to San Luis Obispo station, where Melissa lives and I get there tomorrow.  I’m relieved.

　カメラをバスに忘れたAmtrak会社への道中で変な雲を見つけました。結局のところ彼らはカメラを見つけていました。Merissa先生のいるサンルイス・オビスポへ送ってくれます。Torojiro先生が明日到着するまでに届いているはずです。安心しました。

 

↑Following that, I ate Mc Donald’s as well today. Perhaps I will not eat it after I come back to Japan.

　その後、マクドナルドを食べました。日本に帰ったら食べないと思います。

 

↑After Mc Donald’s, I find my accommodation. The accommodation charges (last night hotel) jumped up to $112, so I decided to find the other one. This accommodation is owned by Indian and the cheapest, but I paid $91 because it’s weekend today. There seemed not to be backpackers’ hotel. Oh man!

　マクドナルドの後、今晩の宿を見つけました。昨日泊まった所は１１２ドルに値上がりしました。だから他の宿を探しました。インド人オーナーの宿で一番安かったですが９１ドル払いました。週末だから仕方ないのです。バックパッカーなど無いようです。

↑Around 2 o’clock PM, I went sightseeing. A great many classic cars (more than 2,000 cars) were parked along the main street. The Indian owner said, The Automobile Festival is held once a year every August for 3 days. I’m very lucky.

　２時頃、観光に出かけました。２０００台以上のクラシックカーがメインストリートに駐車されていました。インド人のオーナーが教えてくれましたが、毎年８月に３日間、自動車ショーが開かれるようです。運が良い！

↑This is the old Reno Gate. It used to be the main gate, After it retired the main post in 1995, it move here.

　これは旧リノゲートです。１９９５年にここへ移動しました。

 

↑I walked along a river.

　川沿いに歩きました。

↑Finally I visited the National Automobile Museum. There are more than 200 precious classic cars.

　最後に自動車博物館を訪れました。２００台以上のクラシックカーが展示されています。

 

↑This is Elvis Presley’s Cadillac in 1973.

　これは１９７３年、エルビス・プレスリーのキャデラックです。

 

↑Thomas Flyer got to Paris from New York, 13,341 miles (21,500km) in 1908.

　トーマス・フライヤーは１９０８年にニューヨークからパリまでの21,500kmを走破しました。

↑After the museum, I walked along a river again. Reno is very small but is a very beautiful city.

　博物館の後、また川沿いに歩きました。リノは小さいですが、きれいな町です。

 

↑I ate Chinese food. Although it tasted strange, I like Asian food.

　中華レストランに行きました。味は奇妙でしたが、アジア料理が好きです。

 

  

↑Until 9 o’clock PM, I enjoyed watching the automobile show.

　夜の９時まで自動車ショーを楽しみました。
