９月１０日　改修工事だぞ

 

↑My jogging trail is now under repair until the end of this month. 

  ジョギングコースが今月末まで改修工事中です。

 

↑Though cars cannot pass through here,

  車は通過できませんが、

 

↑I made my way through the place.

  自分はお構いなく通り過ぎました。

 

↑We are practicing a jumping rope. 

  なわとびの練習をしています。

 

↑This is the training called shuttle running. We have to go back and forth 66 feet distance until their limit with music. It’s very hard.

  これはシャトルランというトレーニングです。限界まで２０ｍの距離を往復しなければなりません。きついです。
